Terms and Conditions

Applies To: Every application, software product, open-source project, game, creative work, distribution, and any other product created, published, or offered by Pratim Majumder (also known as ExploiTR), including this website. These terms apply regardless of product type, whether a product is paid, free, or ad-supported, and regardless of platform, store, distribution channel, or data source. They cover current and future work.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any product covered by these terms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the product.

1. License and Restrictions

For a product that is not released under a separate written license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless that product’s own listing says otherwise.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the product or its content
  • Attempt to extract the source code
  • Reverse-engineer or create derivative versions
  • Translate the product into other languages
  • Use the product or any associated trademarks without written permission

If a work is published under an open-source license or another written license, that license controls the rights it grants, including any right to copy, modify, or distribute. These terms do not take those rights away. Liability, acceptable use, and the Privacy Policy still apply.

All rights not granted by an applicable license, including copyright, database rights, and intellectual property, remain the sole property of the Developer.

2. Product Modifications and Monetization

The Developer may enhance, modify, or remove features at any time, including introducing paid functionality. If a product or any of its services becomes subject to charges, that will be clearly disclosed.

3. Personal Data and Security

A product may store and process basic personal data you voluntarily provide in order to deliver functionality.

Sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) — such as message or file contents, contact lists, passwords, financial data, or biometric data — is collected, transmitted, or stored only when that is stated explicitly in the product’s own description. Check the listing where you obtained the product: the Play Store description for an Android app, or the equivalent store page, repository, or download page for anything else.

To protect your data:

  • Keep your device and access secure
  • Avoid rooting or jailbreaking your device, as this may compromise its security or interfere with a product’s functionality

4. Internet and Network Usage

Some features may require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Developer is not responsible for:

  • Reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity
  • Any charges from your network provider, including data usage or roaming fees

If you are using a product on a connection or device that you do not pay for, it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

5. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the device or system you use to run a product, including keeping it charged, updated, and in working order. The Developer is not responsible if:

  • Your device loses power and you cannot access the product
  • You are unable to use the product because of a device, operating system, browser, or hardware issue

6. External Services and Content

Certain features may depend on third-party services or content. While the Developer makes efforts to keep functionality accurate and up to date, no liability is accepted for:

  • Errors or omissions in third-party data
  • Direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on external services

7. Disclaimer of Liability and User Responsibility

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. The Developer is not liable for any harm, damage, or loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of or inability to use the product.

You are solely responsible for how you use the product. Any misuse — including illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious activities — is your own responsibility. The Developer shall not be held liable for any actions you take or for any harm caused to you or any third party as a result of your use of the product.

8. Updates and Termination

Products may be updated periodically. You agree to:

  • Accept and install updates when offered
  • Understand that certain updates may be necessary to continue using the product

The Developer may stop providing a product or terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the product will cease
  • You must stop using it and delete any local copy you are no longer licensed to keep

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated occasionally. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
